Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Wrong size? You get one free size exchange within 30 days. Because every item is made to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on correctly-produced items.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your claim.
Lost in transit: if tracking shows no movement, contact us and we'll open a carrier claim and reship or refund.
To start a claim, contact support with your order reference and, for defects, a clear photo of the item.
